T-Hangars & Community Hangar

• The City currently leases spaces in four hangars. Hangars A & C have ten spaces each, Hangar B has nine spaces, and Hangar D is a community style hangar with space for three tenets.
• There are currently approximately 80 individuals on the Hangar waiting list.
• Current hangar rate is $300/month plus $300 deposit.

Sun Shelters

• The City currently leases covered spaces for 24 aircraft.
• There are currently approximately 25 individuals on the Sun Shelter waiting list.
• Standard sun-shelter rate is $150/month plus $150 deposit.
• Hangar D sun-shelter rate is $200/month plus $200 deposit.

Tie-down Space

• There is no fee for overnight tie-downs
• Tie-downs for more than 7 consecutive days or for more than any 15 days in a month requires an agreement with the city.
• Tie-downs are currently available.
• Tie-downs currently rent for $100/month plus and $100 deposit.
